Living and working in the Lake Sunapee area for 45 years gives us a distinct advantage. We know and work with the best in the area with the expertise to do the job right the first time.
Regular maintenance of your property is paramount to worry free enjoyment year after year.
We provide a hands on approach to maintenance and when necessary ensure outside contractors are completing their work on time and within budget and to YOUR specifications,
We manage the needs of your property with random or regularly scheduled on site visits to help identify areas in immediate need of repair, or anticipate future needs to ensure smooth uninterrupted enjoyment of your property.
We prefer face to face contact with our customers, but when circumstances do not permit, we are available day and night using email or text or phone.
We coordinate sub-contractors for larger projects, request, review and negotiate estimates for specialty work and act as a liaison between customer and contractor.
We can communicate on your schedule, daily/weekly/monthly to address any changing property and customer needs and keep you up to date that the plan put in place is hitting it's mark.

Winter is coming! It is not just about plowing snow . . . we can make sure your property is monitored, and as conditions change adapt and manage those areas on your property most affected when our powerful New England Winters hit.
* Proper clearing and sanding of driveways, shoveling in front of garage doors, access doors, decks, docks and roofs.
* Property checks inside and out give you peace of mind when you are away.
* For the Lake House Customer monitoring ice around docks and cribbing can save thousands in spring repairs.
* Coming up to ski last minute?. We can turn up the heat, provide you a ready to cook meal from a local family run business, turn on some lights and make it feel like home the minute you drive up to the door.

We have built relationships with local craftsman and join forces to take on that ever growing honey do list . You are only limited by your imagination.
